Director of Gary Beestone Events & Theatre, Gary started his career as a production manager. He worked his way through UK, West End and touring theatre, before heading over to LOCOG to head up the production of the Team Welcome and Victory Ceremonies for London 2012. Following the opening of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in London’s West End, Gary is now International Technical Director for the production and was Project Director for the Lyric Theatre Refurbishment on Broadway, as well as now overseeing the renovations of the Curran Theatre in San Francisco and the Mehr! Theatre in Hamburg. His recent theatre work includes Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Glass Menagerie and La Strada. Alongside theatrical production management, some of his recent events include Six Day Cycling, Tottenham Hotspur Opening Ceremony, the Hull City of Culture Opening and the Rugby World Cup entertainment production and his extensive client list includes Coca Cola, the Ambassador Theatre Group and Sonia Friedman Productions.
Zoe is co-director and Managing Director of Gary Beestone Events & Theatre and a live events specialist. She started her career working at Alexandra Palace, before heading to media giant EMAP where she was Head of Commercial Events. She then worked extensively within some of London’s leading event agencies, before working on Victory Ceremonies for London 2012. Her experience now includes experiential, sport, theatrical and ceremonies and recent project highlights include; Tottenham Hotspur Opening Ceremony, NFL Superbowl 50, Welcome to the Forest - London Borough of Culture, the World Para Athletics, Hull City of Culture Opening, the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, Les Enfants Terribles, the Rugby World Cup entertainment production, Secret Cinema presents Star Wars and British House Rio 2016. Recent clients include Veuve Cliquot, Jeep, Coca-Cola and Apple and she works with a wide range of brands on their experiential campaigns. Zoe and Gary met on London 2012 and have been working together on theatrical productions ever since.
Having originally worked with Gary and Zoe on London 2012, Richard joins us from Southwark Playhouse where he led the team as Technical and Production Manager and then General Manager. His events and theatre highlights include; Greenwich and Docklands Festival, the National Youth Theatre and Victory Ceremonies and Team Welcome at London 2012. Richard is trained in IOSH Managing Safely, Emergency First Aid and is a Personal Licence holder.
A graduate of the Central School of Speech and Drama, Seb joined us as Assistant Production Manager for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Now supporting all areas of the business, Seb is Production Manager for a range of projects and his recent credits include Snow White at the London Palladium, Blueberry Toast and The One for Soho Theatre, Puma Future Vault for Urban Nerds, Hull City of Culture and Wilde Creatures. His client list includes Kenny Wax, QDOS, Tall Stories, Oxford Playhouse and Simon Friend Entertainment. Seb is also trained in IOSH Managing Safely, an IPAF License Holder, CIEH Level 2 Award in Fire Safety Principles and First Aid at Work.
Personal Assistant to Gary Beestone
Currently studying part-time for an MA in Shakespeare and Theatre, Jess joins the team from the Barbican Centre where she worked in Development as an Executive Assistant with high-profile donors and partners including Bloomberg and Reed Smith. She first worked with Zoe and Gary in 2014 as Production Coordinator for the Great North Run One Million Opening Ceremony, before continuing in events and theatre with the team at Greenwich and Docklands Festival, The Young Shakespeare Company, Slice and most recently, Welcome to the Forest - London Borough of Culture.

Projects & Production Manager
Andrew joins the team from a background of Scenic Technical Direction and Project Management. He has served off-broadway as the Master Carpenter for Shakespeare in the Park at The Public Theatre as well as Assistant Technical Director for the Signature Theatre. He also worked as Project Manager for two New York based commercial scene shops, managing the scenic builds for numerous events/fashion shows, including the MET Gala & Victoria Secret Fashion Show, as well as Broadway productions including Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and the Lyric Theatre Renovation.
Ben met Gary serving as the Assistant Project Director on the renovation of the Lyric Theatre. In addition to the renovation Ben was the Assistant Project Manager on the restoration of the Lyric Theatre after Spiderman: Turn off the Dark and on the production management team for Lucky Guy and Ann on Broadway. Ben is also an accomplished Lighting Designer who has worked on national tours, concerts, feature films, and advertising campaigns as well as being Resident Lighting Designer at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn.
