What Next for Events & Theatre during sustained social distancing? We know our industry needs urgent government support, but we wanted to talk about what we can do in this interim period. In late April, Gary and Zoe gathered together a diverse group of industry leaders to discuss the current challenges, the next stage of transition and what, if anything, we could collectively do to successfully engage with audiences; and help regenerate the industry whilst these social distancing challenges remain.

With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic crisis, we are making our van available free of charge to our friends for the next month. We are looking for a full time Production Manager to join Gary, Zoe and the team to work on some upcoming and really exciting projects across events and theatre. We are looking for a brilliant PM who is looking for a permanent role, who would work well within and want to grow with our lovely London based team. We were delighted to deliver the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for Taekwondo GB this week for the World Champinships. Featuring amazing local talent, a huge thank you to all our cast, crew and suppliers onsite!
Last night we were thrilled to produce the Opening Ceremony for Spurs stunning new home on White Hart Lane. With performances from the Tottenham Hotspur Marching Band, Lanya Matthews, Wynne Evans and Gladesmore School and a finale which saw us light up the skies above the stadium, it was an incredible evening. Gary was in Melbourne for Saturday's opening of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, the third amazing stage for this International production. See what the cast thought about opening day here!
Last Friday, we took to the streets of Bellingham, working with Phoenix Community Housing, GLYPT and Emergency Exit Arts, to deliver a community parade and opening celebration for the new arts venue, The Fellowship. A massive thanks to all our suppliers onsite, it was a lovely evening to be a part of! We wish this amazing new venture huge success.
Last week, we were thrilled to be part of the delivery team, managing production and site operations, for Welcome to the Forest; the opening event for Waltham Forest, London’s first Borough of Culture. A massive congratulations to the creative team, led by Sam Hunt and a huge thank you to all our partners and suppliers who worked with us on this three day opening, which hosted an audience of over 70,000 members of the local community.

Saturday 1st December saw the opening day of the stunning new Theatre and East Court at Ally Pally. We have loved working with the brilliant team here on this project and delighted to be part of it. Congratulations to all (Photo Credit: Lloyd Winters)
As well as ongoing support to Alexandra Palace as they open their new theatre and East Court, we are delighted to be working on two new projects in the Autumn with Les Enfants Terribles and also producing team Matthew Schmolle and Miguel Torres Umba. Watch this space....
Harry Potter und das verwunschene Kind, the first non-English language production, opens in Hamburg, Germany in the spring of 2020.
With record-breaking productions currently running in London and New York as well as an Australian production set to premiere in Melbourne in early 2019, the San Francisco production will mark the fourth engagement of the smash hit play, as well as its West Coast premiere in North America.
We are delighted to be part of this exciting Venture
Last week saw Zoe up in Birmingham supporting Progress Productions on the Birmingham 2022 handover ceremony. Live from Victoria Square, Progress covered the performance of Mr Blue Sky in one amazing and continuous shot.

This week we loved delivering PUMA FUTURE VAULT with UNC. An immersive product launch at a secret London location, over 30 suppliers helped us deliver this event with Nerds, a brilliant youth culture marketing agency. Thanks to the amazing team involved.
It's been a fantastic year. We started in Hull with 'a bang' and then opened a diverse range of new shows in the West End througout the year. Gary moved to New York to head up the refurbishment of the Lyric on Broadway for Harry Potter's new U.S home and we worked with the incredible 'Super Humans' on the World Para Athletics in the Summer. A trip to Ashgabat, some fantastic events with Immersive Cult, Synergy and Slice and now it's Christmas and we are preparing for some exciting 2018 openings.

We've been busy on a range of creative events and productions recently; Seb is getting Tall Stories ready for the Vaudeville, Zoe has been working down at the Royal Albert Hall and Abbey Road and also with Immersive Cult on some spectacular parties and Gary is busy at the Lyric on Broadway and all things Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. An ongoing thanks to our all brilliantly diverse and wonderful clients and suppliers!

We had a fantastic time working with Donaldson Creative and Loudsound in the Queen Elizabeth Park throughout July, working on the World Para Athletics. The medal plaza and stage within the Hero Village provided a fitting backdrop for the presentation of over 600 medals to incredible athletes. We were proud to be involved.

After a busy Summer working on Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and British House out in Rio with innovision, we are delighted to be looking ahead to next year and working on the opening event for Hull, UK City of Culture 2017. This event, at 20:17 on New Year's Day, promises to be a fireworks spectacular!
